- is that the basis of your comparison??? pretty lame execuse if you ask me.
- and besides, in the amiga you can take over the machine and essentialy create your
- own OS, doing everything you want with the hardware at the 'lowest level' as you
- call it. although i don't see why is that sooo advantagous over using the OS
- services, which are probably more reliable than any software you will ever write
- that deals directly with the hardware.

- what have you been programming??? the infamous hello world program?! hehehe...you
- obviously don't know much about Amiga to say anything intelligent so why not saving
- your breath trying to say that PC's are anywhere near the Amiga's. a properly
- equipped Amiga, can do things your most heavily armed PC can only dream about, hell
- it'll make that PC look like a museum exhibit.

- Oh please, what games are you talking about, pac-man??? hehehe, i mean c'mon you
- have gotta be kiddin' me here, try doing some ray-tracing and then lets talk about
- who's not using floating point operations. the FPU makes almost all the difference
- between a snappy machine and a lousy PC. the math emulation is at least 4-5 times
- slower than the FPU, imagine trying to do animations at this rate, eh?!

-
- ever heard of the PPC cpu lately?? i hear it does very well in the math department.
- trying reading some articles before openning your mouth and wake up and smell the
- coffee because you have obviously been sleeping these past 2-3 years.

- Just from a satisfied Amiga owner's standpoint, hope this didn't offend ya. hehehe
- yeah right.
